At Roarsome Sport, I believe sport should be fun, inclusive, and pressure-free—a place where every child can develop skills, grow in confidence, and enjoy being active. My parent-and-child multi-sport classes give young children the perfect introduction to sport in a friendly, supportive environment.

A Class Where Everyone Can Join In

Parents are welcome to join in as much or as little as they like. Many find that being part of the session helps motivate their child and provides quality one-on-one time doing something fun together. There’s no pressure, no team selection, just a chance for every child to explore movement, build skills, and develop a love for being active.

I introduce children to skills from six different sports, rotating each week to keep things fresh and exciting:

Building Skills Through Play

My sessions focus on developing key skills in a fun, engaging way:
✅ Multi-sport approach – Helping children discover what they enjoy and build a strong foundation in movement.
✅ Listening & following instructions – Many of our games help children focus, listen, and respond, building confidence for school and beyond.
✅ Teamwork & resilience – Through team games, children learn to work together, take turns, and persevere.
✅ Tailored challenges – Every session is carefully planned so that each child can be challenged at just the right level, making progress in a way that suits them.

A Welcoming, Friendly Atmosphere

Classes are coached by me, Kate, owner of Roarsome Sport and mum of two active girls. As a parent, I understand the importance of giving children positive early experiences in sport, helping them build confidence and skills without the pressure of competition.
