I recommend booking a village hall or sports hall for your Roarsome Sport Party. I can provide a list of venues in and around Uttoxeter with a big hall great for our sports games. Most of the halls have kitchen facilities to allow you serve food and have a car park.
If you have a theme for the party please let me know and I will try and theme our games.
50% deposit required at time of booking to reserve the date. Remainder to be paid following your party.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans can change. If you need to cancel your Roarsome Sport party, here’s what you need to know:
More than 14 days before the party: You’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
7-14 days before the party: 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before the party: Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund the deposit due to planning and preparation costs.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, please get in touch as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to work with you to reschedule your party if needed.
