April is Autism Acceptance Month, and here at Roarsome Sport, I’m proud to stand alongside families and children in the neurodivergent community to spread awareness, build acceptance, and celebrate differences.
As a parent myself, I understand how important it is to find spaces where your child feels safe, supported, and able to thrive. That’s why I created Roarsome Sport – a place where children can be active, learn new skills, and most importantly, feel included and valued for exactly who they are.
At Roarsome, all children are welcome in our regular classes, and I am committed to creating a warm, flexible environment that celebrates every child’s unique strengths. But I also understand that some children feel more comfortable in smaller, quieter groups. That’s why we run SEND-specific sessions twice a month—these are relaxed, supportive and designed to meet your child where they’re at, whether that’s learning to join in group activities, developing coordination, or just having fun and burning off some energy.
Every child has different goals—and that’s okay. My job is to work with parents to help their child take steps toward their goals, whatever they may be.
So this month, I’m proudly supporting #WorldAutismAcceptanceMonth because I believe in building a world—and a sports class—where neurodivergent children feel seen, supported, and included.
If you’re looking for an activity that encourages confidence, movement, and joy without pressure or judgement, I’d love to welcome you to a Roarsome session.
If you’re not sure which class is the best fit for your child, feel free to get in touch—I’m always happy to chat.
Let’s keep building a community where every child belongs.
